General Requirements for Successful Applicants;

One Month’s Rent and Deposit (equal to one month’s rent) to be received in advance of moving into the property. All tenant’s information will be detailed on lease agreement which is to be signed by all parties before releasing keys. An inventory list of contents will be supplied and to be duly signed in advance also.

Tenants are responsible for all utility outgoings relating to electricity, gas, oil, refuse, telephone, broadband, tv subscriptions etc. unless informed otherwise throughout the duration of all tenancies.

All rent must be paid monthly in advance by standing order/direct debit to the landlords account unless agreed separately in advance throughout the duration of the tenancy.
